Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your water filter product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
- Returned within 30 days of the purchase date
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used or installed
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products without proof of purchase
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Used filter cartridges or consumable items
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at infocenter@thalfyrodhim.world or call +1 (402) 563-1024 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the RA number and proof of purchase in the package
- Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in the order.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same return eligibility conditions.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and we will cover all return shipping costs for defective items.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
